Cancellations and missed appointments:

We observe a strict 48-hour cancelation policy. Appointment times are reserved for you – missed appointments without the appropriate notice will be billed as a full session charge.
Treatment guidelines:

For your MFR sessions, please wear comfortable underwear and a bra for women or loose shorts/trunks for men. MFR must occur directly on the skin — your safety and comfort are always respected.

Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure the full length of your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call to see if rescheduling is necessary. If you arrive late, your session will begin when you arrive and end at the originally scheduled time.

Please refrain from using lotion on the day of your appointment to ensure optimal skin contact. This includes sunscreen and facial moisturizer.

Hydrated tissue ensures optimal results from your bodywork – please arrive hydrated! Be sure to drink plenty of water after the session to help rehydrate the released fascia, for more effective results.

Your MFR experience is as important to me as it is to you. Remember that we are partners in your session. I welcome feedback during and after the session – please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience more effective.

What you need.
The requirements are a stable internet connection and Zoom software. It is highly recommended to purchase the “Miracle Ball Method” (with two 4-inch blue inflatable balls) for your session or any other 4-inch inflatable ball.
